Condolence From: Brian Hamilton
Condolence: Very sad news to hear about Bill. Bill and I grew up in Kirkland Lake in the middle to late '50's and became very good friends as we played hockey and football together and did all the things that teenagers do! What an individual--he knew everyone and everyone knew him. Always so positive and friendly. We always kept in touch over the years as he was still interested in our home town and the people there. A great friend to so many--he will be missed.

Condolence: Billy and Played on opposing teams in the heady Juvenile hockey of good ole K.L My home team was a bunch of young rowdies from Swastika.
Billy and I are both 'lefties' so we had a little extra bond between us.
He was ALWAYS good for chuckle about something.
I 'sadly' have not seen Bill since our high school days
KLCVI 54!!
But I remember Bill as fun-loving outgoing soul...who will be sadly missed in this world as we have come to know it today.

Condolence: So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Myself and many of us growing up played hockey with Bill in the 50's in our home town of Kirkland Lake, On. Bill was a good athlete in baseball and hockey. All Ontario, softball, and hockey.
Bill was also a great supporter of his home town (K.L.) as was his father. You would always see Bill at all of the K.L. reunions of every sort. He was a good friend from the good old days. He will be missed. May you rest in peace Bill. God Bless.

Condolence: Very sorry to hear the news of "Boater" passing away. He was a great man who was instrumental in helping the MTU hockey class of '86 not only become better hockey players but become better students and most importantly better young men. Never short for stories, everything had a meaning and the hours we spent in his study hall at the library will remain as fond memories for all of us. Boater will be missed but never forgotten.

Condolence: Row was an important member of the MTU Library Reference staff. He also helped a few of us recuperate from various bone breaks and sprains by using the library stairways in appropriate exercises (in lieu of physical therapy). A "kinda crazy guy" but a darned good librarian!

Condolence: So sorry to hear about Bill's passing. Spent a lot of time talking hockey with him back in the 70's. We even took a road trip to Marquette to scout some games back then. Wish I could make it to "The Corner" on the 29th.
